Ch-ch-ch-changes

An update in this quickly moving world.

I graduate from college in less than 6 days. I have three finals left for the rest of my life. It's really weird that I won't be going back to school at the end of the summer..it hasn't really hit me yet.

I had an interview at Starbucks on Sunday. I did pretty well, I think - but it seems it all comes down to what my schedule at Ledges looks like to see if the hours I have available are the right hours for the store.

My little dog will be leaving me for a few months soon. I am sending him home after graduation because I will be out of town and moving and stuff over the next couple weeks. I think I'm going to Kansas City on the 5th for a couple days, then I'm moving on the 7th and leaving on the 8th to go to Okoboji for a couple days..maybe it will be warm enough to swim, I doubt it, but I'm looking forward to sitting in the sun, relaxing and maybe going for a boat ride. Then Bob and I will head down to Omaha for his brother's graduation from Creighton. Then back to Ames for a day or two then on to Davenport and St. Louis. Immediately after St. Louis, I have a volunteer project on the 20th followed by three days of training. Then Bob leaves for Germany on the 23rd for 10 days. *phew* May is going to be one busy busy month.

I'm not sure what my new address is yet, but I will email it out when I find out.

Okay, I will fill you all in more later. Bob just got done working at the lab after two finals, so I'm going to try to cheer him up. I hope everyone is having good dead/finals/normal weeks!

And the "Most Worthless Dog of the Year" goes to...

Today, Ames has been experiencing somewhat of a monsoon. My 'dog' absolutely hates rain, but he has to go out to his throne a few times a day. Well, I decide that it's getting to be about one of those times, and the rain isn't letting up, so I figure now is as good a time as any. I get Nero excited about going outside - he runs out of my room and dances by the front door. I open up the door and he looks outside for a second then takes off in the other direction, runs into my room and into his kennel. He didn't stand there and hesitate, he didn't take it like a man and march out into the rain..he straight up bolted in the other diection so I wouldn't make his highness go out in the rain.

It is snowing - not flurrying - SNOWING! In April!

However, because my fieldtrip was cancelled due to the massive amounts of snow, I did see something on tv that made me laugh for a full minute. I found a video of it on Youtube. Enjoy.

Today on Full House - Stephanie is wearing a sweatshirt that I owned when I was little. It's purple with little puppies on it. However, she isn't quite on the same level of cool as I was - she doesn't have the matching sweatpants. Poor Stephanie.
